Problem: Attracting more learners for language courses
Greta Nord Alsace's mission is to diversify its pool of learners, particularly for courses in languages such as Alsatian, German, Chinese, Chinese, Russian and English.
The main objective was to leave the traditional recruitment framework via France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi), which until then identified needs and referred candidates to the establishment.
The recruitment strategy therefore needed to evolve in order to:
- Reach candidates thanks to digital channels and diversify our sources of acquisition.
- Optimizing recruitment efficiency for the planned training sessions.
- Ensure a optimal budget management And analysis of applications.
In order to meet these challenges, GRETA Nord Alsace decided to collaborate with Seeqle, a SaaS solution specialized in AI-based HR programmatics.
Thanks to Seeqle, GRETA was able to:
- Targeting an inaccessible audience until now on social networks, thus reaching an audience that is passive but potentially interested in learning a language.

The results of the campaign were felt in less than 15 days:
