With a strong brand image, 3 Brasseurs is looking for candidates who cultivate team spirit and conviviality.
Given their problem, which combined both Recruitment and Employer Brand, the client 3 Brasseurs called on the Seeqle HR Programmatic solution, a technology powered by AI, in order to follow the audience where they are on the entire web, in the most pleasant and natural format.
Solution: Reach the right candidates with attractive visual campaigns
5 channels were exploited to reach different audiences across thousands of environments via the Native ads format (Social, Search, Web, App and Jobs), which made it possible to post the right offers to the right candidates.

In one semester, the 3 Brasseurs group selected 671 qualified applications, including 107 applications submitted in video format, while reducing its candidate acquisition cost to €5.76.
