Problem: Difficulty recruiting for 3 positions (Drivers, Managers and Operations Assistant) due to the low quality of the CVs received

Despite a significant need for recruitment, the company does not have a particularly developed HR department. This particularity forces human resources to constantly seek improvements and optimize their processes.

In the tense recruitment, delivery and transport sector, Transports Besson is facing 2 main challenges:

  • The recruitment of delivery drivers. This difficulty is largely due to the scarcity of workers who are already qualified, and whose turnover rate once hired remains high.
  • The recruitment of managers and operational assistants, in regions of France that are not very attractive and therefore in short supply.

These complexities are further accentuated by the company's limited resources, whether in terms of personnel or HR tools.

However, these two shortcomings are necessary for creating high-quality advertising campaigns to attract the attention of qualified candidates. This is an additional challenge. This demanding task requires time and specialized skills. At the same time, following an in-depth analysis of the Transports Besson career site, the Seeqle expert team detected problems filtering offers on the career page, as well as ads that were not listed.

Faced with these major challenges, Transports Besson therefore opted for the use of Seeqle's HR programmatic technology, thus seeking to optimize its recruitment process and position itself as a proactive company in a particularly tense market.

Solution: Revision of the tools, implementation of Seeqle Apply and creation of video visuals

To respond to this problem, the Seeqle teams first of all undertook a review of the Transports Besson application process, which aimed to simplify and optimize the application process (e.g.: advice to make job advertisements more attractive; remove certain non-mandatory fields, etc.).

To meet the need for proactivity and go beyond the stage of “Post and Pray” job offers, Seeqle's programmatic technology has been activated on three programmatic channels: Meta, i.e. Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google. This strategy made it possible to reach a qualified audience in an effective manner.

Also, to complement the internal ATS system, Transport Besson has implemented Seeqle Apply, a candidate acquisition product based on artificial intelligence. This solution makes it possible to eliminate application abandonments by offering an optimized and rapid process, followed by follow-up automations. AI analysis of candidate profiles also makes it possible to detect the most promising talents, including those whose skills are less apparent.

Finally, to further optimize their visibility and compensate for the lack of dedicated marketing resources, Seeqle teams created advertising videos to broadcast job offers on the various selected channels.

All of these actions were deployed simultaneously with the implementation of Seeqle's candidate acquisition technology to create advertising campaigns, which resulted in remarkable results.

Result: Low cost per CV and a strong increase in the qualifications of candidates

The average cost per candidate was only €6.70, and the candidate qualification rate, obtained thanks to Seeqle Apply, reached an average of 61.66%. This qualification was distributed as follows:

  • Drivers: 68.64%
  • Responsible persons: 37.62%
  • Operations Assistants: 96.87%

The collaboration with Seeqle has also allowed Transport Besson to boost the visibility of the brand, thus strengthening its positioning in a competitive market.
