Problem: Volume acquisition of profiles between 18 and 25 years
Link RH was faced with the following problem:
An extremely important and constant volume of profiles looking for work between 18 and 25 years of age.
To overcome this problem, they called on Seeqle, with the aim of obtaining new acquisition channels with a low cost per lead. The aim is also to replace one to several other candidate sources, which no longer work with them, all without additional workload.
Solution: Implementation of HR Programmatic campaigns with relevant targeting
Seeqle's programmatic recruitment solution made it possible to target en masse the profiles sought by Link RH, namely young people aged 18 to 25, actively looking for a job and wanting to work quickly.
For this annual collaboration, the objectives set for the first 3 months were as follows: approximately 1250 leads, or a minimum of 415 leads/month in order to be able to consider the start as a success.
The broadcast channels activated for the start were:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram),
- TikTok
- Seeqle's network of job boards.
Result: Goals met and exceeded 3 times faster than expected
In just 1 month of campaigning, the goals set were achieved, and even greatly exceeded.
In fact, programmatic recruitment campaigns allowed Link RH to obtain nearly 2,500 applications, with a cost per acquisition of only €1.25, and a qualification rate of 56%.
